How to book

1. Advance Booking: Last-minute requests may not be accommodated due to a busy schedule.

2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a date. The remaining balance is due no more than three weeks after the event.

3. Travel and Accommodation: For events outside a 50-mile radius from Abbie's base location, travel and accommodation expenses will be added to the total fee.

4. Performance Duration: Standard performance sets are up to 45 minutes with a 15-minute break in between if multiple sets are required.

5. Song Requests: Any specific song requests outside of Abbie's standard repertoire must be communicated at least 6 weeks in advance. Additional fees may apply for song arrangements.

6. Dress Code: Please specify any dress code or theme for the event in advance.

7. Contract: A formal contract outlining all terms, conditions, and expectations will be provided and must be signed by both parties prior to the event.

8. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation occurs within two weeks of the event, the full fee may still be charged.

9. Budget Consideration: Due to the high demand and the quality of performance offered, Abbie's services come at a premium rate. Potential clients should consider this when making an inquiry.

10. Initial Consultation: Before confirming a booking, a brief consultation (either in person or via video call) is recommended to discuss the specifics of the event and any special requirements.
